Tea Master Eliot Jordan

Mighty Leaf Tea Master Eliot Jordan has over 30 years of developing and sourcing tea. Though he started his career at the original Peet’s store in 1985, he was first introduced to tea by his mom who enjoyed throwing tea parties when he was young. Eliot’s love of tea and appreciation of family history is reflected in one of his first created blends that he named after his great-great grandfather’s merchant ship, Pride of the Port. Eliot has introduced over x teas with the the sole goal of bringing the best quality whole leaf tea in a tea bag as well as loose leaf teas to you. His encyclopedic knowledge of tea never overshadows his ability to introduce great tea and the pure enjoyment of a tea experience to even the newest of tea neophytes.

Eliot draws inspiration from the care and diligence shown by the people who produce great teas, and loves traveling to countries where tea is deeply ingrained into the culture to fine tune his craft. Eliot’s treks through tea origins like Assam, Zheijang and Alishan have led to rare finds (such as …) , ancient stories (….) and unique blends (like ….) that give Mighty Leaf its reputation for quality, great tasting tea.
